Overview
Coordinate daily blow molding closures and injection production to maintain continuous flow. Monitor quality production safety supplies and member performance. Ensure safe environment through training and feedback. Coach members using strong interpersonal skills. Enter production data into computer systems.

Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree preferred but three years supervisory experience in high-speed automated manufacturing acceptable
- 2Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills required
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 4Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- 5Experience with production data entry systems
- 6Ability to work flexible day evening and night shifts
