Production Coordinator - Weekday Day Shift

What You'll Do8
- 1Efficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility ensuring customer orders are promptly transferred to the correct stages of the production process
- 2Assist with ensuring production follows established procedures and standards in each department
- 3Communicate and collaborate with all departments in production to maintain a smooth workflow helping to clear bottlenecks as they arise
- 4Regularly monitor Fast Pass review the stalled order report check orders on the IR rack and perform Chapel audits
- 5Communicate with and update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested
- 6Assist with any additional production tasks as directed by the leadership and management team such as restocking denesting or other production needs
- 7Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles through busy work areas while adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining control at all times
- 8Maintain a clean safe and organized working environment
Requirements12
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to track multiple shifting schedules and deadlines
- 3Organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- 4A proactive calm approach to handling unexpected logistical issues on short notice
- 5Clear verbal and written communication skills to act as a bridge between team members and departments
- 6Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- 7Commitment to maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment
- 8Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- 9Previous experience working with production schedules or batch processing
- 10Physical ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
- 11Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
- 12Able to stand walk for 10-12 hours per shift
