- 16Identify and resolve conflicts regarding material and capacity availability
- 17Maintain planned scheduling parameters like lead times and lot sizes

Requirements15
- 15+ years manufacturing experience in MRP/ERP environment
- 2Degree preferred but equivalent relevant experience considered
- 3ERP experience required
- 4PLEX experience a plus
- 5In depth understanding of routings and multi-level bills of material
- 6Strong knowledge of lead times and supply chain concepts
- 7Ability to conceptualize supply chain and inventory flow
- 8Excellent presentation skills for supervisors and employees
- 9Proficiency in MS Office including Access Excel Word and Power Point
- 10Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
