What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and coordinate customer orders and production workflows from entry through delivery and billing
- 2Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand capacity and timelines
- 3Review orders ensuring pricing terms and requirements accuracy
- 4Track WIP and support timely billing reconciliation
- 5Coordinate with production sales teams to ensure seamless execution
- 6Monitor workflows identify bottlenecks and resolve delivery issues
- 7Maintain accurate internal system data for planning and reporting
- 8Support quoting and pricing activities to align planning with customer needs
- 9Serve as central coordinator providing updates on order status and risks
- 10Analyze workflow data to improve planning accuracy and generate operational reports
- 11Contribute to process improvements focused on scalability and throughput
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading projects in operations or manufacturing
- 3College diploma in Business Supply Chain or related field
- 4Experience with ERP systems required
- 5Fluent in English written and verbal language proficiency
- 6Strong analytical skills for data accuracy and problem-solving
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- 8Cross-functional teamwork experience valued
- 9Self-starter attitude with accountability and follow-through
- 10Physical stamina for occasional inventory checks
- 11Reliable transportation for onsite attendance
