- 1Excellent safety record championing safety culture
- 2Minimum 2 years lead experience directing production
- 3Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- 4Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- 5Ability to communicate effectively in English verbal and written
- 6Self-motivated with high integrity minimal supervision
- 7Past performance reflecting dependability maturity initiative judgment
- 8Proficiency with SAP PLEX or other ERP systems
- 9Physical ability to work all shifts including overtime holidays weekends
