Production Associate, Pasta Manufacturing & Packaging
Overview
You will own the packaging and production line for a well-established pasta facility in Pasadena. Production Associates run line equipment, inspect finished goods, and prepare shipments in a high-volume environment. You will join a rotating shift team that operates Pasta Manufacturing machinery and follows strict GMP food safety protocols. What You'll Do9
- 1Package finished pasta products to quality and production standards.
- 2Inspect pasta packages for appearance, seal integrity, and labeling accuracy.
- 3Operate production line equipment, including packaging machines, to meet output goals.
- 4Load, stack, and palletize finished goods for shipment.
- 5Transport materials using pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling.
- 6Maintain a clean workspace and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- 7Assist with line changeovers and packaging setups for different product runs.
- 8Adhere to GMP guidelines and supervisor instructions at all times.
- 9Meet daily production targets by efficiently managing your station.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in manufacturing, production, or packaging experience.
- 2Experience with pallet jack operation is preferred.
- 3Food manufacturing background is a plus.
- 4Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
- 5Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- 6Comfort with rotating shifts, including nights and Saturdays.
- 7Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- 8Valid work authorization for potential direct hire conversion.
