Production Associate Chicago
Overview
We seek a reliable Production Associate to support high-volume beverage manufacturing and packaging operations in a clean fast-paced environment. This stable role involves loading unloading trays operating labeling equipment packing finished goods performing quality checks maintaining GMP standards and assisting with general production tasks. Candidates must demonstrate strong reliability attention to detail and ability to work multiple shifts.
What You'll Do10
- 1Load and unload trays from automated production lines to maintain product flow efficiency
- 2Operate basic labeling equipment using simple button-push controls according to procedures
- 3Pack finished goods accurately and neatly into appropriate packaging for retail and commercial distribution
- 4Perform visual quality checks on products labels and packaging to identify defects
- 5Maintain clean organized work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices
- 6Follow all GMP safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe compliant production environment
- 7Support general production tasks as needed acting as backup general laborer on different lines
- 8Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address production issues
- 9Consistently meet productivity and quality expectations while working in a fast-paced environment
- 10Adhere to shift schedules and attendance requirements to support continuous production operations
Requirements10
- 1Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred especially in production or general labor roles
- 2Experience with loading unloading packing or basic machine operation
- 3Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standardized procedures accurately
- 4Strong attention to detail during visual quality checks and packing finished goods
- 5Capability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the entire shift in a fast-paced setting
- 6Comfort working with simple production equipment such as push-button labeling machines
- 7Commitment to following GMP and safety standards at all times
- 8Reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent production schedules
- 9Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- 10Bilingual ability in Spanish preferred to support communication on the production floor
