What You'll Do8

  • 1Assemble components using hand tools and power tools to exact specifications.
  • 2Follow custom assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure precision and quality.
  • 3Inspect finished products for defects and measure dimensions using calipers and gauges.
  • 4Troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • 5Collaborate with team members to meet shift production goals and maintain workflow.
  • 6Operate computer systems to log production data and track inventory.
  • 7Rotate across different assembly areas as needed to support production schedules.
  • 8Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards.

Requirements8

  • 11+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • 2Basic computer skills, including data entry and using Microsoft Excel.
  • 3Proven ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
  • 4Strong attention to detail and measurement precision.
  • 5Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • 6Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • 7Reliable attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts.
  • 8Availability to work any shift: 1st (6:45am-3:15pm), 2nd (2:45pm-11:15pm), or 3rd (10:45pm-7:15am).
