What You'll Do8
- 1Operate manufacturing machinery and tools to assemble components and related products within the first 90 days.
- 2Maintain compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to ensure product quality and safety.
- 3Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules while adhering to safety protocols.
- 4Assist in pre-production setup, including preparing materials and verifying equipment readiness.
- 5Inspect finished components for defects and document quality checks.
- 6Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to enhance workflow.
- 7Support inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages.
- 8Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
- 2Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- 3Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes and adapt to changing priorities.
- 4Familiarity with CGMP or quality control processes is a plus.
- 5Basic skills in machining or materials handling are beneficial.
- 6Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
