What You'll Do8

  • 1Assemble electronic components and products according to assembly instructions and product specifications.

  • 4Read and interpret work orders, schematics, and BOMs to guide daily tasks.
  • 5Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficiency and safety.
  • 6Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve assembly issues.
  • 7Log completed work in computer systems to track inventory and output.
  • 8Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards on every shift.

Requirements8

  • 1High School Diploma or GED.
  • 21+ years of assembly experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
  • 3Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
  • 4Ability to read assembly instructions and technical documents.
  • 5Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • 6Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
  • 7Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for standing and repetitive tasks.
  • 8Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
