What You'll Do7

  • 1Assemble electronic components and systems using electro-mechanical methods.
  • 2Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings.
  • 3Cable rack-mounted equipment and test fixtures to spec.
  • 4Use torque tools, hand tools, and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • 5Adhere to cleanroom quality standards and safety procedures.
  • 6Meet production targets and cycle time requirements.
  • 7Identify and troubleshoot production or quality issues, escalating as needed.

Requirements8

  • 11+ years in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, fiber optics, or small component assembly.
  • 2Cleanroom or high-precision manufacturing experience a plus.
  • 3Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and documentation.
  • 4Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners or production tracking systems.
  • 5Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
  • 6Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • 7Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs.
  • 8High school diploma or GED.
