What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble large electrical bins (30x50 feet) used in power product manufacturing, following blueprints and specifications.
- 2Route and install electrical cables throughout bins, ensuring correct paths and connections.
- 3Install electrical and mechanical components with hand and power tools, including drills and torque wrenches.
- 4Measure materials with a tape measure to guarantee precise fit and alignment.
- 5Perform mechanical assembly tasks, securing brackets, panels, and fixtures to quality standards.
- 6Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
- 7Collaborate with assemblers and line wirers to meet production targets for long-term projects.
- 8Work 50+ hours weekly, including overtime shifts, to support build schedules.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- 2Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure to 1/16 inch accuracy.
- 3Comfortable operating hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, and grinders.
- 4Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and cable routing in industrial settings.
- 5Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
- 6Reliable attendance and willingness to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) plus overtime.
- 7Experience in construction, carpentry, or auto mechanics is a plus.
