Join PDS Tech's partner in Richardson, TX, as a Cleanroom Assembler and own the assembly of custom test fixtures and test equipment. What You'll Do7

  • 1Assemble electro-mechanical custom test fixtures and test equipment from drawings and schematics.
  • 2Wire test fixtures, rack mount cabinets, and control panels per electrical schematics.
  • 3Cut, strip, twist, tin, and solder wires for component preparation.
  • 4Fasten wires, cables, resistors, capacitors, and other components to PWB's, connectors, and assemblies.
  • 5Clean parts and hand-placed components during production processes.
  • 6Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all production phases to ensure components function consistently and correctly.
  • 7Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and customer specifications.

Requirements5

  • 16+ months of electrical assembly experience.
  • 2High School Diploma or Equivalent (copy must be supplied for verification).
  • 3Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • 4Proficient in reading electrical schematics and understanding electrical/electronic systems.
  • 5Pass background checks, including criminal history verification, and drug screening.
