Electronic Assembler (Day Shift) - $17-$20/hr
Overview
Assemble electronic components on our day shift production line. Pick up tasks quickly, work with hand tools, and meet quality standards. Join a team that ships circuit boards for industrial clients. You will own your station, follow blueprints, and spot defects. This role offers on-the-job training and a clean, safe facility. We hire for attitude, not experience, and promote from within.
What You'll Do7
- 1Assemble electronic components per work orders and diagrams using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- 2Inspect parts for defects and report issues to the line lead during the first 30 days.
- 3Follow safety protocols and keep your workstation organized to hit daily output targets.
- 4Operate basic assembly machinery such as wave solder or pick-and-place after training.
- 5Perform quality checks on finished boards and document results.
- 6Work overtime on Saturdays (4 hours) when production demands.
- 7Cross-train in the test area, using multimeters and test fixtures, after mastery of assembly.
Requirements7
- 1No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- 2Good eyesight for detail-oriented work.
- 3Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- 4Reliable transportation to Blue Springs, MO.
- 5Clean background check.
- 6Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 7Available Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, plus occasional Saturdays.
