Overview

You will own the assembly of electro-mechanical products in a lean manufacturing cell, performing go/no-go testing, wire bonding, and RF soldering. Your work directly supports production output and quality for customer-specific orders. You will work within a small team, rotating across stations and adhering to ESD protocols. What You'll Do6

  • 1Build small parts using hand tools in a production cell environment.
  • 2Conduct basic go/no-go testing of circuit boards.
  • 3Perform wire bonding and RF soldering for sub-assemblies.
  • 4Package products and prepare them for shipping.
  • 5Notify material handlers of part shortages in real time.
  • 6Lift up to 35 lbs as part of daily tasks.

Requirements9

  • 11+ years of assembly line or mechanical assembly experience.
  • 2Proficiency with hand tools.
  • 3Ability to perform soldering and packaging tasks.
  • 4Understanding of general production processes.
  • 5Ability to provide references for the last 5 jobs or 7 years.
  • 6Strong English communication skills.
  • 7Computer proficiency.
  • 8Experience in production of small parts.
  • 9Ability to stand for extended periods.
