Assembler, Electro-Mechanical Production
Overview
You will own the assembly of electro-mechanical products in a lean manufacturing cell, performing go/no-go testing, wire bonding, and RF soldering. Your work directly supports production output and quality for customer-specific orders. You will work within a small team, rotating across stations and adhering to ESD protocols. - 3Perform wire bonding and RF soldering for sub-assemblies.
- 4Package products and prepare them for shipping.
- 5Notify material handlers of part shortages in real time.
- 6Lift up to 35 lbs as part of daily tasks.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of assembly line or mechanical assembly experience.
- 2Proficiency with hand tools.
- 3Ability to perform soldering and packaging tasks.
- 4Understanding of general production processes.
- 5Ability to provide references for the last 5 jobs or 7 years.
- 6Strong English communication skills.
- 7Computer proficiency.
- 8Experience in production of small parts.
- 9Ability to stand for extended periods.
