Assembler I
Overview
We are seeking an Assembler I to assemble parts and components into finished products or sub-assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This role follows work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
- 2Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and drawings
- 3Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- 4Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors
- 5Meet production goals and timelines
- 6Maintain a clean safe and organized work area (5S standards)
- 7Follow all safety quality and company policies
- 8Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts

- 10Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- 11Basic math skills for measurements and counts
- 12Experience with mechanical electrical or electronic assemblies
