What You'll Do8

  • 1Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings to position devices on steel enclosures
  • 2Layout device locations on stainless and mild steel panels using precision measuring tools
  • 3Cut cutouts with plasma cutter, jig saw, grinder, and hole saws
  • 4Drill and tap steel plates, then mount din rail, wire duct, and terminal blocks
  • 5Install equipment and nameplates, verifying all work aligns with project specs
  • 6Maintain a clean, organized workspace, following all safety protocols
  • 7Complete each project within quoted labor hours, tracking your output daily
  • 8Support customer site installations when needed, traveling short distances

  • 21+ year operating metal working tools like drills, grinders, and saws
