What You'll Do8

  • 1Assemble parts and components using hand tools and power tools per engineering specs.
  • 2Align and adjust units to meet tolerances, using calipers, gauges, and measuring tape.
  • 3Test and calibrate mechanisms against product specifications with scales and gauges.
  • 4Repair or refit units failing tests or tolerance checks, reworking as needed.
  • 5Track daily labor output in the computer system.
  • 6Keep the workstation organized and clean, following 5S principles.
  • 7Read and follow English instructions to execute assembly steps accurately.
  • 8Collaborate with team leads to resolve assembly issues within 90 days of start.

Requirements8

  • 11+ years in manufacturing assembly or related role.
  • 2Proven ability to read and follow English verbal and written instructions.
  • 3Experience using measuring tape, scales, and calipers.
  • 4Strong attention to detail for precision assembly tasks.
  • 5Basic math skills for measurements and counts.
  • 6Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
  • 7Ability to lift or push over 50 pounds occasionally.
  • 8High school diploma or equivalent.
