What You'll Do7

  • 1Assemble projector screens and components to spec using power tools and hand tools.
  • 2Measure and mark materials with a tape measure for precise cuts and fastening.
  • 3Drill, cut, and fasten parts per work instructions, verifying alignment and fit.
  • 4Apply paint and finishing touches to projector components, following color and texture standards.
  • 5Inspect each assembled unit against quality checklists, flagging any defects.
  • 6Follow written assembly guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a clean, hazard-free station.
  • 7Support team throughput by rotating across stations as needed, covering absences and peak volume.

Requirements8

  • 11+ year of hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience, preferably with mechanical products.
  • 2Proven ability to operate power tools like drills, saws, and screwdrivers safely.
  • 3Accurate use of a tape measure for measurements within 1/16 inch.
  • 4Basic painting experience, including brush, roller, or spray application.
  • 5Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly diagrams.
  • 6Comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • 7Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
  • 8Strong attention to detail and steady hand for precise fastening and finishing.
