Product Manager, Amazon Connect & Cloud Platforms
Overview
Amazon Connect product leader responsible for defining and delivering enterprise grade cloud based contact center platforms at scale. You will work with cross functional teams to translate business objectives into strategy roadmaps and actionable requirements. You will partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to drive migrations and integrations. This role emphasizes hands on discovery and coherent prioritization to deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead product discovery to identify customer problems and define measurable success for migration projects
- 2Drive roadmap prioritization and release planning for cloud based platforms and Amazon Connect integrations
- 3Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to execute on migration plans with a focus on reliability and performance
- 4Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and milestones
- 5Own the end to end product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization

- 1Proven enterprise product management experience defining, launching, and supporting complex software or customer experience products
- 2Strong ability to translate business objectives, customer needs, and operational constraints into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized requirements
- 3Hands on experience partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud based platforms and integrations
- 4Experience leading product discovery, migration planning, and delivery for cloud based solutions
- 5Dallas, Texas onsite contract, experience delivering for enterprise customers
