Overview
You architect cloud contact center solutions on Amazon Connect for a large enterprise, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment. What You'll Do9
- 1Design end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, routing, and integration with AWS services.
- 2Build infrastructure as code with Terraform to provision and manage contact center environments.
- 3Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git to automate deployment and testing.
- 4Architect AWS networking and security configurations to meet compliance and performance requirements.
- 5Integrate contact center with CRM and other business systems using Python or Java.
- 6Optimize contact center performance through monitoring, logging, and proactive troubleshooting.
- 7Collaborate with product and operations teams to define technical requirements and timelines.
- 8Mentor junior engineers on Amazon Connect and AWS best practices.
- 9Drive technical design reviews and ensure solutions align with architectural standards.

- 112+ years of experience in software development or cloud architecture.
- 25+ years architecting Amazon Connect solutions in production environments.
- 3Proficiency in Python or Java for scripting and application development.
- 4Strong expertise with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- 5Experience designing AWS applications, including networking (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups).
- 6Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control with Git.
- 7Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- 8Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
