Amazon Connect Architect, AWS Contact Center
Overview
You will own the design and implementation of cloud contact center solutions on Amazon Connect for a large enterprise. You will architect AWS applications and networking, and drive infrastructure as code with Terraform. You will join a team of cloud engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient solutions. This contract role demands 12+ years of experience and full-time onsite presence in Plano, TX.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions, including IVR flows, queues, and routing.
- 2Architect AWS applications and networking components to support high-availability contact center operations.
- 3Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform for repeatable and consistent deployments.
- 4Integrate contact center with Lambda, S3, and other AWS services for custom business logic.
- 5Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jules and manage version control with Bitbucket and Git.
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into cloud architectures.
- 7Optimize contact center performance and cost through monitoring and tuning of AWS resources.
- 8Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance on best practices for cloud contact center implementations.
Requirements6
- 112+ years of IT experience, with a focus on cloud architecture and contact center solutions.
- 2Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or Java.
- 3Hands-on experience implementing cloud contact center platforms, preferably Amazon Connect.
- 4Strong expertise with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
- 5Ability to architect and implement AWS applications and networking.
- 6Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jules and version control systems (Bitbucket, Git).
