Overview
You build and enhance AI-powered applications for an AWS Contact Center as a Service platform. You design conversation flows, integrate Amazon Connect, orchestrate AI services, and ensure generative AI safety. What You'll Do6
- 1Design and implement conversation flows for Amazon Connect using Amazon Lex and Lambda functions.
- 2Build and enhance GenAI features, including prompt engineering and response validation.
- 3Integrate AI services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker into the CCAS platform.
- 4Develop safety guardrails and monitoring for generative AI outputs.
- 5Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship features from design to production.
- 6Debug and resolve issues in the application stack, including CloudWatch logs and X-Ray traces.
Requirements6
- 11-3 years of software development experience with Python or JavaScript.
- 2Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- 3Familiarity with Amazon Connect or other contact center solutions.
- 4Knowledge of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
- 5Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
