What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement RAG pipelines using LangChain or LlamaIndex to power Generative AI applications.
- 2Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and Lambda, orchestrating multi-step reasoning and tool use.
- 3Own the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM training and fine-tuning, including data curation and inference optimization.
- 4Scale model serving infrastructure with Kubernetes and Terraform to ensure high availability and low latency.
- 5Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark suites to measure model quality, safety, and drift.
- 6Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical designs for new AI features.
- 7Ship a proof-of-concept for a Generative AI assistant within the first 90 days, from data to deployment.
Requirements7
- 15+ years building and deploying machine learning models in production with Python.
- 23+ years experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and Bedrock.
- 3Proven track record of implementing RAG and Agentic AI solutions using LangChain or similar frameworks.
- 4Strong understanding of LLM architectures (transformers, attention) and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA).
- 5Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker) for model serving at scale.
- 6Solid grasp of data processing with Pandas and Spark for feature engineering.
- 7Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
