Overview
You will own the architecture and delivery of production-grade Agentic AI solutions at scale. You will lead a team of AI engineers, defining technical strategy and driving end-to-end system development. What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures using Python and LangChain.

- 4Optimize prompt engineering and fine-tuning to maximize model performance and reliability.
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- 6Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in AI development.
- 7Ship an initial MVP within the first 90 days, demonstrating core agent capabilities.
Requirements7
- 110+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML.
- 23+ years of hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks.
- 3Deep proficiency in Python, including async programming and API development.
- 4Proven track record of deploying LLM-based solutions in production on AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock).
- 5Strong understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
- 6Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling AI services.
- 7Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a history of leading technical teams.
