Overview
Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI models for a 12-month engagement in Austin, TX. You will own the full lifecycle from fine-tuning to production, working with Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement Generative AI models using Python and PyTorch to solve complex business problems.
- 2Fine-tune Large Language Models with Hugging Face Transformers and LoRA for domain-specific tasks.
- 3Deploy AI/ML pipelines to AWS using SageMaker and Docker, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- 4Optimize model inference using ONNX and TensorRT to meet latency requirements.
- 5Lead the development of RAG systems with FAISS and LangChain to enhance model accuracy.
- 6Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data streams from Kafka and Spark into training pipelines.
- 7Drive architecture decisions for MLOps with Kubernetes and MLflow.
- 8Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
Requirements7
- 110+ years of industry experience in software development with a focus on Python and AI/ML.
- 25+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI models and LLMs.
- 3Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- 4Proven experience deploying models in AWS with SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- 5Strong background in MLOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
