Overview
Own the design and implementation of cloud contact center architectures at scale, focusing on AWS based solutions and infrastructure as code. Work with a cross-functional team to deliver reliable, scalable contact center experiences. Role involves hands-on design, integration, and deployment across AWS services. This position is onsite in Plano/Dallas area with potential for local JPMC office interviews.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and evolve Amazon Connect driven contact center solutions with Terraform driven infrastructure
- 2Design scalable AWS architectures for networking and applications
- 3Lead CI/CD deployment pipelines and version control integration using Bitbucket and Git
- 4Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into resilient, well-documented architectures
- 5Drive operational excellence and security considerations across cloud contact center platforms
Requirements5
- 1Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java
- 2Experience implementing cloud contact center platforms with a preference for Amazon Connect
- 3Strong expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- 4Ability to architect and implement AWS applications and networking
- 5Experience with CI/CD tools and version control such as Bitbucket or Git
Salary Insight
$60 - $70k per year
