Amazon Connect Architect, Cloud Contact Center & IaC
Overview
Own and scale enterprise cloud contact center solutions starting with Amazon Connect and AWS networking at scale. Work with a cross functional team to design, implement, and deploy serverless and infrastructure as code based architectures. You will rapidly build proof of concepts and translate them into production systems. This role blends software engineering with cloud architecture and operational excellence.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and scale Amazon Connect based contact center solutions across enterprise environments
- 2Design Terraform driven infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to deliver repeatable deployments
- 3Implement and optimize AWS networking and security for contact center workloads
- 4Prototype PoCs quickly and mature them into robust, production grade capabilities
- 5Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure compliant, scalable, observable systems
Requirements7
- 1Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java
- 2Experience implementing cloud contact center platforms, preferably Amazon Connect
- 3Strong expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- 4Ability to architect and implement AWS applications and networking
- 5Experience with CI/CD tools and version control such as Jira and Bitbucket or Git
- 6Ability to rapidly build proof-of-concepts and scale them into enterprise solutions
- 7Advanced knowledge of application and infrastructure at scale
Salary Insight
$65 - $70k per year
