What You'll Do11
- 1Develop product strategy and business value by translating objectives into strategies roadmaps measurable outcomes
- 2Prioritize high-impact investments driving adoption revenue growth operational efficiency and risk reduction
- 3Make evidence-based decisions on build defer stop or sequence based on business value and capacity
- 4Identify AI agent opportunities differentiate from traditional automation analyze business impact feasibility reliability latency cost and trust
- 5Facilitate discovery workshops defining autonomy governance safeguards observability and human-in-the-loop processes
- 6Establish success metrics including adoption accuracy completion time savings cost reduction and failure recovery
- 7Create engineering-ready PRDs covering business problems user needs workflows functional requirements constraints success metrics dependencies and launch criteria
- 8Convert objectives into executable delivery plans with milestones owners dependencies risks and measurable outcomes
- 9Partner with Engineering Product Design Data Analytics and Business stakeholders remove blockers drive decisions manage risks and maintain focus on business value
- 10Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously ensuring accountability across concurrent initiatives
- 11Maintain ownership of final product decisions while leveraging AI to accelerate research documentation and communication
Requirements14
- 13–5 years product management product strategy digital product delivery product analytics or related role
- 2Owned at least one AI-enabled product feature workflow or prototype from concept through implementation and measurement
- 3Proven experience using AI as core part of daily product work
- 4Skills writing PRDs user stories product specifications acceptance criteria and engineering-ready documentation
- 5Strong business acumen prioritizing competing initiatives making data-driven decisions with incomplete information
- 6Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts orchestration tool usage human review evaluation trust and reliability
- 7Experience collaborating with Engineering Design Data Analytics and Business stakeholders in Agile environments
- 8Excellent written verbal communication technical non-technical audiences
- 9Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis Tuesday through Thursday
- 10Experience in startups consulting or fast-paced environments with high individual ownership
- 11Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT Claude Microsoft Copilot Cursor Codex or similar frameworks
- 12Experience with AI evaluation prompt engineering RAG workflow automation agent monitoring or production AI systems
- 13Background in healthcare life sciences or other regulated industries
- 14Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering Data Analytics or related field or equivalent practical experience
