Overview

The Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Senior Manager collaborates with the Director of Product Enablement to design and execute AI Capability & Enablement strategies. This senior role bridges product strategy and delivery, ensuring AI adoption scales responsibly and effectively across Oliver Wyman. Responsibilities include reviewing and improving operating models, designing workflows for intake and feedback, establishing governance, and engaging OW channels. The position emphasizes ownership, stakeholder alignment, and driving measurable impact through structured enablement approaches.

What You'll Do30

• 1Lead and continuously review the operating model for the AI Capability & Enablement function recommending improvements to the Director of Product Enablement
• 2Design, implement, and optimize structured workflows for intake routing escalation prioritization and feedback loops across complex stakeholder environments
• 3Track and interpret key performance indicators using data to identify trends drive course corrections and inform strategic decisions
• 4Establish clear operating standards governance mechanisms and service expectations that improve consistency quality and responsiveness
• 5Oversee OW channels serving as senior clearing house for AI questions requests and escalations ensuring timely thoughtful and well-calibrated responses
• 6Assess inbound needs route appropriately direct bugs platform issues to formal feedback and product improvement mechanisms
• 7Guide general AI usage questions to living exemplars prompt libraries training materials or targeted coaching interventions
• 8Connect teams tackling similar use cases across Oliver Wyman and Marsh to accelerate reuse consistency and institutional learning
• 9Maintain credibility clarity and professionalism in high-frequency interactions with senior and junior colleagues influencing effective behaviors and responsible AI usage
• 10Lead AI coaching through office hours working sessions and 1:1 support focusing on high-value ambiguous or strategically important use cases
• 11Advise colleagues on translating ambiguous business problems into AI-solvable opportunities and practical workflows that drive measurable impact
• 12Conduct hands-on experimentation with AI tools including meta-prompting refinement custom GPT configuration workflow prototyping
• 13Identify opportunities to elevate experimentation into repeatable practices playbooks and standards for broader adoption
• 14Capture recurring patterns unmet needs and emerging opportunities synthesizing insights into reusable artifacts such as living exemplars blog posts short demos and structured guides
• 15Translate frontline learning into strategic recommendations for Product Strategy and the Director of AI Product Enablement shaping priorities standards and roadmap decisions
• 16Proactively surface cross-cutting themes risks and opportunities that improve enterprise AI enablement effectiveness
• 17Lead complex enablement initiatives from scoping through execution and adoption including rollout of new prompting standards custom GPT playbooks adoption pilots and enablement governance mechanisms
• 18Coordinate and influence cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy Design Training & Comms and platform teams to ensure alignment accountability and high-quality delivery
• 19Act as senior thought partner to stakeholders balancing strategic priorities with user needs and operational realities
• 20Manage competing demands across initiatives making clear trade-offs and recommendations to maximize organizational impact
• 21Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders defined deliverables and measurable outcomes
• 22Hands-on experience working with AI tools and workflows translating experimentation into scalable enablement approaches
• 23Experience operating in professional services or matrixed environments preferred
• 24Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape operating models standards or adoption strategies
