What You'll Do7
- 1Lead sprint and quarterly commitments, ensuring quality and reliable delivery with AI-enhanced workflows.
- 2Partner with Product Management and Design to shape roadmap, estimation, and trade-off decisions.
- 3Build a high-performing engineering culture with continuous learning and sustainable on-call practices.
- 4Embed engineering practices like code review, testing, CI/CD, and observability across the team.
- 5Enable engineers to use AI tools effectively while applying critical judgment to outputs.
- 6Drive AI-informed quality metrics to elevate performance and architectural decisions.
- 7Mentor engineers through coaching and career development, focusing on retention and growth.
Requirements6
- 12+ years leading engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
- 26+ years in software engineering with strong delivery and operations background.
- 3Proven ability to build and retain high-performing engineering talent.
- 4Experience with AI-augmented quality oversight using dashboards and metrics.
- 5Understanding of AI-aware estimation and where AI accelerates delivery.
- 6Ability to drive outcome-based evaluation with cross-functional partners.
