What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with manufacturing sites to identify high‑value AI and automation opportunities and shape an actionable demand pipeline
- 2Facilitate discovery sessions and value assessments to align AI initiatives with operational priorities
- 3Translate operational challenges into well‑defined AI use cases with ROI projections
- 4Lead RPA Generative AI and Agentic AI delivery, overseeing intake sprint planning and execution
- 5Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement RPA and AI solutions while ensuring security and compliance
- 6Assess and drive adoption of AI capabilities integrated with SAP EAM and Industry 4.0 technologies
- 7Design and deploy comprehensive training programs to accelerate AI literacy across manufacturing operations
- 8Drive change‑management strategies that ensure stakeholder engagement and user readiness
- 9Track adoption metrics and report business impact to senior leadership
- 10Contribute to Global Operations AI roadmap, aligning technology with long‑term operational excellence
- 11Stay current on AI LLM and automation trends to guide solution design and responsible adoption
Requirements11
- 110+ years of experience in Global Operations Manufacturing Quality or related fields
- 2Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 10+ years experience
- 3Strong understanding of life sciences manufacturing processes and systems
- 4Solid understanding of applied AI agentic AI and automation capabilities
- 5Technical fluency to lead AI engineering automation and low‑code platforms
- 6Hands‑on deployment experience of AI automation in complex operational environments
- 7Familiarity with enterprise AI governance risk management compliance frameworks
- 8Exposure to MES QMS ERP or similar manufacturing technologies
- 9Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence certification preferred
- 10Executive presence with ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
- 11Change‑leadership mindset focused on adoption and sustainable outcomes
