What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and drive end-to-end automation of developer workflows using AI tooling and agentic systems
- 2Design multi-step agentic pipelines that augment developer capacity through autonomous code generation and intelligent testing
- 3Own developer toolchain architecture including coding assistants and AI-augmented IDEs
- 4Integrate AI productivity tooling into version control and CI/CD processes for ambient automation
- 5Define and own metrics framework for measuring engineering velocity and productivity outcomes
- 6Create multi-horizon productivity roadmap aligning with AI capability evolution
- 7Identify high-leverage automation opportunities and prioritize investments across LATC
- 8Set technical governance standards for AI tooling and automation practices organization-wide
- 9Champion automation-first culture through coaching and mentorship
- 10Partner with cross-functional leaders to align productivity investments with strategic goals
- 11Translate technical strategy into business narratives for executive leadership
Requirements11
- 1Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 215+ years software engineering with 3+ years at principal staff or architect level
- 3Proven experience designing large-scale developer tooling with measurable velocity improvements
- 4Deep hands-on expertise in AI coding assistants and agentic workflow frameworks
- 5Strong architectural background spanning developer toolchains and underlying infrastructure
- 6Ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations without direct authority
- 7Hands-on programming proficiency in modern languages such as Python Go TypeScript
- 8Command of engineering productivity metrics and measurement framework development
- 9Executive-level communication skills for VP-C audience presentations
- 10Experience building agentic AI systems in production environments
- 11Background in AI/ML infrastructure or MLOps with understanding of AI research pressures
