- 2Designing and managing structured workflows for intake routing escalation and feedback loops
- 3Tracking key performance indicators and recommending course corrections
- 4Community Engagement & Triage Monitoring OW channels and serving as clearing house for AI questions
- 5Guide general AI usage questions to living exemplars prompt libraries or training materials
- 6Connecting teams tackling similar use cases across Oliver Wyman and Marsh
- 7Coaching & AI Experimentation Providing AI coaching through office hours working sessions and 1:1 support
- 8Guiding colleagues in translating ambiguous problems into AI-solvable use cases
- 9Conducting hands-on experimentation with AI tools including meta-prompting refinement custom GPT configuration workflow prototyping pattern capture and institutional learning
- 10Identifying recurring patterns across user requests and use cases synthesizing insights into reusable artifacts
- 11Contributing learning inputs to Product Strategy and the Director of AI Product Enablement
- 12Stakeholder Coordination & Project Leadership Leading discrete enablement initiatives from planning through execution
- 13Coordinating cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy Design Training & Comms and platform teams
Requirements5
- 1At least 6 years of experience in AI enablement digital delivery product operations or related roles
- 2Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables
- 3Hands-on experience in working with AI tools and workflows such as custom GPTs prompt engineering AI assistants
- 4Experience of operating in professional services or complex matrixed environments
- 5Applicable base salary range $125000 to $165000 determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements
