Overview
You will own AI product strategy and delivery for State Street Investment Management, shaping AI products that impact investment, client, and operations functions. You bridge business teams and AI engineers, translating workflows into scalable capabilities built on machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI. Your stack includes Google Gemini Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, Python, and SQL. This role stands apart for its enterprise-wide reach and autonomy to define the AI product portfolio.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build product roadmaps for AI capabilities that solve critical business problems across investment, product, client, finance, and operations.
- 2Translate complex workflows into AI product lines and reusable feature sets, enabling scale and adoption.
- 3Analyze competitor and fintech AI offerings to inform roadmap and differentiate our portfolio.
- 4Lead Agile implementation of AI products, managing milestones from concept to production.
- 5Validate deliverables from AI engineering and data science teams, providing feedback to accelerate iteration.
- 6Demonstrate new AI capabilities to stakeholders, communicating release impact and managing expectations.
- 7Coordinate onshore and offshore teams for daily execution, ensuring alignment and delivery.
Requirements8
- 1Master's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or related quantitative field.
- 215+ years in asset management with exposure to portfolio management, trading, sales, or operations.
- 310+ years of product management in asset management, covering full lifecycle.
- 46+ years of AI experience with machine learning, predictive AI, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- 55+ years leading technology transformation in cross-functional environments.
- 6Hands-on design of multi-agent workflows including human-on-the-loop and autonomous patterns.
- 7Proficiency with Google Gemini Enterprise and AWS Bedrock, plus Python and SQL.
- 8Familiarity with Anthropic Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development.
