Applied AI Product Manager
Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager, Applied AI to lead the development of our core AI infrastructure and workflow agents. This role involves owning the permitting and inspection processes for construction projects, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. The position requires deep domain knowledge and technical expertise to drive impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver workflow agents for permitting and inspections to ensure reliable submissions
- 2Define quality standards for permit compliance and coordinate release gating
- 3Design architecture for assistive use cases and empower permit coordinators
- 4Collaborate with operations to build evaluation and data flywheel systems
- 5Develop internal tools for testing, error analysis, and model training
- 6Act as internal applied AI expert for traditionally software-focused teams
- 7Operate across agent design, evaluation, and operational execution
- 8Translate operational insights into product strategies and roadmap planning
Requirements9
- 15+ years of product management experience in AI or similar domains
- 2Proven track record of shipping AI/Agentic systems with measurable impact
- 3Hands-on experience designing evaluations using golden data sets and LLM-as-judge
- 4Deep technical fluency in AI/ML concepts and system design
- 5Ability to work in ambiguous environments and make high-quality decisions
- 6Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 7Experience with distributed systems and complex workflow orchestration
- 8Understanding of regulated industries and compliance requirements
- 9Demonstrated ability to prioritize features and manage complex projects
Salary Insight
