Overview
Ohalo seeks a Product Manager to lead scaling of AI-native business systems across the enterprise. This role drives company-wide adoption of agent frameworks and MCP tooling while establishing unified metrics and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will architect high-impact systems that unify operations through hands-on prototyping and cross-functional influence.
What You'll Do10
- 1Scale Company-Wide AI Deployment: Partner across engineering teams to extend core AI capabilities across the entire business.
- 2Drive company-wide adoption of agent infrastructure.
- 3Manage MCP & Tooling Access: Define and govern Model Context Protocol integrations and agent skills.
- 4Ensure native agents have secure reliable access to internal tools and systems of record.
- 5Improve Evals & Quality Standards: Establish evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for operations.
- 6Monitor AI agent performance and refine skills to maintain high-fidelity outputs.
- 7Architect Enterprise Reporting & Ground Truth: Define and govern KPIs across Commercial Ops People and G&A.
- 8Automate Operational Friction: Identify manual workflows and deploy AI-native automations with measurable ROI.
- 9Own Technical Delivery & Prototyping: Prototype v1 workflows personally before scaling across platform engineering.
- 10Prevent Tool & System Sprawl: Enforce governance for seamless integration of new agent tools and dashboards.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Python and SQL
- 3AI Infrastructure & Agent Literacy: Understanding of LLM evaluation frameworks and MCPs
- 4Hands-On Builder Spirit: Proficiency in AI tooling and rapid prototyping
- 5Systems Unification Experience: Transforming fragmented processes into scalable automated systems
