Overview
Own delivery of complex corporate finance products across multiple agile teams at scale. Lead a cross functional platform execution with a focus on successful outcomes for product managers, portfolio owners, and senior leaders. Bring leadership, technical fluency, and domain expertise to enable seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. This role combines strategic partnership with hands on delivery in a hybrid onsite environment in Dallas.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead delivery planning and execution for corporate finance product initiatives across multiple agile teams
- 2Partner with product managers and portfolio owners to define scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- 3Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on time, on budget delivery
- 4Coach and mentor agile teams to improve velocity, quality, and collaboration
- 5Own continuous improvement of delivery processes and tooling to accelerate value delivery

- 2Domain knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, or FP&A workflows
