What You'll Do10

- 3Lead cross functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive on time, on budget delivery
- 4Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data and feedback
- 5Collaborate with engineering to ensure quality, scalability, and performance in production
- 6Drive initiatives across product, project, and delivery management to remove blockers
- 7Own prioritization, trade offs, and delivery commitments for banking products
- 8Scale delivery processes and establish governance for enterprise banking solutions
- 9Partner with sales and stakeholders to ensure customer value and alignment with business goals
- 10Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2Minimum of 5+ years building and delivering banking technology products
- 3Proven experience in Product Management and Project Management within financial services
- 4Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and customers
- 5Experience with AI integration initiatives and modern product delivery practices
- 6Familiarity with banking regulations, risk management, and compliance in technology
- 7Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving
- 8Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ and coordinate across global teams
