Senior Agent Product Manager, AI Platform & Enterprise Deployments
Overview
Own the full lifecycle of enterprise AI deployments from pre-sales through live implementation for financial services clients. Lead end-to-end projects embedding our AI platform into customer operations at scale and compliance. Collaborate with AI, engineering, and sales teams to shape product roadmaps and deliver measurable value for enterprise customers.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build scalable onboarding and implementation processes for long-term customer success
- 2Lead end-to-end deployment projects embedding the AI platform into customer environments
- 3Conduct deep-dive discovery to define objectives and technical requirements
- 4Guide customization of AI agent capabilities to maximize end-user resolution rates
- 5Proactively analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement and value realization
- 6Serve as primary technical interface during pre-sales including POCs and due diligence
- 7Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer feedback into the product roadmap
- 8Manage project risks and governance related to compliance, security, and responsible AI
Requirements10
- 15+ years in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations
- 2Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise environments
- 3Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects end-to-end
- 4Experience conducting deep-dive discovery and gathering complex business and technical requirements
- 5SQL or data warehouse experience (e.g., BigQuery) to analyze performance metrics
- 6Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, including designing and running POCs and due diligence
- 7Experience managing compliance, security, or risk governance requirements in regulated deployments
- 8Strong communication across engineering teams and senior stakeholders
- 9Thrives in ambiguity and creates structure to drive clarity
