What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead AI and data product strategy from discovery through MVP, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • 2Partner with Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and scalability tradeoffs.
  • 3Maintain hands-on Agile delivery including user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
  • 4Conduct end-user discovery to translate problems into clear product requirements and success metrics.
  • 5Define KPIs and adoption metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
  • 6Collaborate with Design, stakeholders, and leadership to prioritize features and align with business goals.
  • 7Identify opportunities for AI-first solutions and evaluate build-vs-buy options.
  • 8Own product backlog prioritization and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • 9Drive cross-functional communication to balance technical feasibility with user value.
  • 10Measure impact post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years of Product Management experience leading digital, SaaS, data, AI, or technology products.
  • 2Demonstrated 0-to-1 product experience from concept to launch and iteration.
  • 3Strong technical acumen to engage with Architecture, APIs, data, and cloud platforms.
  • 4Meaningful hands-on experience with AI projects and AI-enabled products.
  • 5Experience delivering data-intensive products leveraging analytics and machine learning concepts.
  • 6Current or recent hands-on full-stack Product Manager experience in an Agile/Scrum team.
  • 7Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • 8Extensive product discovery experience with direct end-user interviews to validate hypotheses.
  • 9Experience building internal employee-facing tools, productivity apps, or workflow platforms.
  • 10Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence across executives and engineers.
