Overview
Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital products across multiple agile teams at scale. Lead strategic partnerships with product managers, portfolio owners, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement. Bridge business goals with technical execution through strong leadership and domain expertise. This role emphasizes delivery leadership over coding while maintaining technical fluency and collaborative decision making.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products on schedule and within scope
- 2Collaborate with product managers and portfolio owners to align roadmaps with business objectives
- 3Drive delivery risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communications
- 4Coach and mentor teams on agile practices, quality, and continuous improvement
- 5Partner with architects and engineers to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
- 6Track progress with metrics and dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability
Requirements6
- 15+ years in product delivery or program management for digital products
- 2Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a matrixed organization
- 3Technical fluency with experience in Java ecosystems and digital product delivery
- 4Experience coordinating multiple agile teams and managing dependencies
- 5Ability to translate business strategy into execution plans
- 6Excellent communication and negotiation skills
