What You'll Do7
- 1Design and maintain a welcoming classroom space for young children to learn play and grow
- 2Apply a growth mindset to foster young minds and inspire a love of learning
- 3Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored for infants toddlers and preschool children
- 4Establish safe nurturing environments for play and learning
- 5Engage parents through diverse communication channels including mobile apps and personal discussions
- 6Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement initiatives
- 7Cultivate family coworker relationships to build a vibrant play learning atmosphere
Requirements11
- 1Minimum six months professional teaching experience preferred
- 2High School Diploma or GED required
- 3College Early Childhood Education coursework completed
- 4Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices preferred
- 5CPR and First Aid certification recommended
- 6Compliance with state specific guidelines for childcare roles
- 7Strong caregiving skills including risk identification and resolution
- 8Physical stamina to stand walk and lift objects up to forty pounds
- 9Ability to climb balance stoop kneel or crawl as needed
- 10Experience supervising children by sight and sound
- 11Commitment to maintaining cleanliness in common areas and classrooms
Salary Insight
$27 - $31k per year
