Working directly with lead teachers, you'll help deliver Creative Curriculum and ensure every day runs smoothly. Your role adapts daily as you float between classrooms, building relationships with children and staff. This position offers a path to CDA certification and tuition assistance, making it a launchpad for a career in early childhood education.

You will own the daily classroom experience for preschool children, guiding them from first-day jitters to kindergarten-ready independence. You will design a curriculum that blends structured learning with creative play, using storytelling, educational games, and hands-on crafts. Working with a small team of educators, you will observe each child's progress and involve parents in their growth. The role centers on fostering emotional resilience and social skills, setting children up for lifelong learning.
