What You'll Do8
- 1Enhance lesson plans and activities with Lead and Assistant Teachers using Creative Curriculum.
- 2Provide flexible classroom support across all age groups to maintain a seamless daily routine.
- 3Organize and prepare engaging materials and learning centers, leveraging Google Classroom for documentation.
- 4Supervise and engage children indoors and outdoors, prioritizing safety and social development.
- 5Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive environment for every child.
- 6Collaborate with families on progress and achievements through Brightwheel updates.
- 7Maintain clean, inviting classrooms that meet state licensing regulations.
- 8Assist with daily care routines, including diapering and feeding, to promote a nurturing atmosphere.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma required; CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- 21+ years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
- 3CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- 5Pass state background check and meet state minimum education requirements.
- 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, staff, and families.
- 7Empathy and compassion for young children, with a nurturing and patient demeanor.
