Requirements8
- 1High school diploma minimum with associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 2CDA certification preferred along with child development training
- 31-2 years early childhood education experience in licensed settings
- 4Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- 5Strong multitasking skills maintaining classroom operations under pressure
- 6Physical capability to lift 50 lbs safely
- 7Background check clearance
