What You'll Do9
- 1Support classroom activities and lesson plans across various age groups
- 2Float between classrooms to maintain staff-to-child ratios
- 3Supervise children indoors and outdoors ensuring safety and compliance
- 4Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions
- 5Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
- 6Promote positive behavior through patience and encouragement
- 7Collaborate with teachers and staff to support operations
- 8Communicate respectfully with families as directed
- 9Follow all center policies and health/safety standards
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Child Development Associate credential preferred
- 3Minimum 2 years experience in licensed childcare
- 4CPR and First Aid certification required
- 5Ability to lift 35 pounds
- 6Spanish language proficiency preferred
- 7Availability for full-time shifts Monday-Friday
