You will own a welcoming, engaging classroom at The Learning Experience, shaping young minds with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. You will join a passionate team of educators who use a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning. You will partner with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement, while building lasting relationships with families. What You'll Do6
- 1Design and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn, play, and grow using the L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
- 2Implement developmentally appropriate practices to support each child's unique needs and foster a love of learning.
- 3Engage with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions, sharing their child's adventures and achievements.
- 4Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- 5Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a seamless play-and-learn environment.
- 6Adapt activities to individual learning styles, ensuring every child thrives in your classroom.
Requirements5
- 16+ months of professional teaching experience preferred.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required; college ECE coursework highly preferred.
- 3Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
- 4CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
- 5Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
Salary Insight
