Overview
You will create a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children using our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and state-of-the-art technology. You will partner with center staff to achieve enrollment goals and build strong family relationships. This role offers growth pathways, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive team environment. What You'll Do6
- 1Design a classroom space that invites infants, toddlers, and preschool children to learn, play, and grow.
- 2Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum® activities tailored to each child's unique needs.
- 3Build a safe, nurturing environment where children explore and thrive.
- 4Communicate daily with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions to share milestones.
- 5Collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
- 6Foster relationships with families and coworkers to create a seamless learning community.
Requirements5
- 16+ months of professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
- 2High school diploma or GED (required); associate degree or higher in ECE preferred.
- 3State licensing requirements for preschool teachers in Arizona.
- 4Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- 5Ability to implement a structured curriculum and adapt to individual needs.
