What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement hands on lessons supporting language cognitive social emotional and motor development
- 2Maintain organized clean classroom environment promoting exploration and learning
- 3Supervise children during activities outdoor play snack time ensuring safety
- 4Foster curiosity creativity confidence and independence through play guided learning
- 5Collaborate with director and team providing high quality care and education
- 6Adhere to Arizona licensing regulations and preschool policies
- 7Work with families to build positive relationships
- 8Complete required Arizona workforce registry and DES training
- 9Obtain fingerprint clearance card and pass background checks
Requirements11
- 1Must be 18 years old
- 2Minimum six months preschool or licensed childcare experience
- 3High school diploma or GED required
- 4Coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 5Arizona fingerprint clearance card
- 6Pass required background checks
- 7Create account with Arizona Workforce Registry
- 8Complete Arizona DES training within required timeframe
- 9Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- 10Reliable dependable and passionate about working with young children
- 11Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
